These experienced high-level event organisers are dedicated to transforming how major global blue-chip organisations navigate the ever-changing landscape within technology.
Through their C-level events in Europe and North America, they aim to facilitate high-level discussions between technology end-users and providers, fostering a collaborative business environment.
Proactively identifying and reaching out to prospective clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Understanding client needs and matching them with the company's event offerings.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Collaborating with the wider sales and event teams to ensure the seamless execution of events.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market opportunities to inform your approach.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to:
Demonstrate confidence in prospecting and cold calling senior executives.
Show a proactive, self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Be organised, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
Have a positive, resilient attitude in the face of challenges.
Proven experience in event delegate sales
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools to manage pipelines (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Knowledge of industry sectors relevant to the events you’ll be selling (desirable, but not essential).
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while staying connected with the team.
