What would I be doing?
As a Global Delegate Relations Associate, your primary role will be to engage with senior executives and industry leaders worldwide.
You will:

Identify potential delegates via LinkedIn and following industry news, networking, current affairs and other business sources

Build and maintain strong relationships with delegates

Understand and identify delegates' needs to tailor your approach effectively

Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to ensure successful event participation

Provide exceptional sales and customer service and follow-up with delegates before and after events

Work towards, and exceed set targets and KPIs

Excellent communication skills, particularly selling over the phone

The ability to sell independently as well as part of a close-knit team
What qualifications and experience do I need?

Proven experience in selling or customer-facing role, ideally with B2B telephone sales experience

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly

A proactive and driven approach to meeting and exceeding targets

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
